Menu Example/Tutorial

I'm looking for an example and/or tutorial for a java menu where you can hover over an option and a menu appears, does anyone know of something like this?

I spend a lot of my spare time learning CSS and keeping up with the latest developments by the CSS Gurus. Stu Nicholls has a really nice set of menus on his website. Here is the main page for all his menus. This one is A cross-browser drop-down cascading validating menu.
This one is A DROP-DOWN and FLY-OUT.
