Merging a NT 4.0 server with a 2003 server

    I have a nt 4.0 server in my office, and I am currenlty trying to put a 2003 server in it's place, how can I move all the data from my nt server to my 2003 server? One of my programs is quickbooks. Can anybody help? Please
