meruoq.exe, wms, playdb.exe

i have not found anything on the interweb about playdb.exe. i have used spybot seek and destroy to stop the processes from running, i've tried using agent ransack to find all instances of playdb.exe, i have then dropped them into move on boot and set to delete on boot, i've denied any changes wms, playdb and meruoq have tried to make to my computer. i simply cannot get rid of all this crap. attached are pictures of all the logs and stuff that has come up. i dont know what else to do. please help.

one more thing i should point out is that the playdb.exe at this point in time besides crippling IE is that its filling up all of my ram. file folders take forever to open or not at all. as you can see from the processes picture its actually at 98,000 k in the processes, my cpu usage goes from 77%-100%, mostly in the high 90's

and a friend said its remounted and is moving around my registry... i have denied it access to change my registry permanently with sbsd resident though.

i must win... must not let the thing win!!
