MG email not showing up...

I'm not receiving any MG email that alerts me to a new post in a subscribed thread anymore...

I made sure that I have email enabled in my profile...

what to do?

Hmmm... how long has this been going on? I have had situations where the notification emails took a L O N G time to show up... and I'm talking like a couple of days. It doesn't happen often, but it isn't ultra-rare either. This happens maybe once or twice a month (I use gmail). I don't know if it's a web thing, an MG thing, a gmail thing, an ISP thing, or what.....

 

it started about a month or two ago...the email isnt late...i just dont receive it

Have you got another Email addy you can use.?

Just to test to see if you can receive them.

 

i do have another email address, but i haven't used it for a very long time (like 3 or 4 years)

 

fixed the problem!!!

thanks to the advice of sach2, i added tim [at] majorgeeks [dot] com to my hotmail contacts list, and email notices started working again!
