I just posted a question in another forum here and clicked the spell check button and got a pop up asking me if I wanted to install IESpell which I already downloaded (from this wonderful site's mirror).
And when I rt. clicked the post to select spell check like I do on other forums the IE Spell was grayed out in the options.
I am using XP/IE7 no updates available.

Are ieSpell and ieSpell Options enabled in Add Ons for IE7?

Tools > Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable

Both ieSpell and ieSpell Options should be on the list and enabled.

    Hi

If you dont have the right click IESpell options back, then uninstall IESpell and Re-install, see if that fixes this.

OK, I deleted it and reinstalled but have the same problem.
But I did find out that I can access it and it works fine from the tools menu.
Is there something that I missed in the permissions or options menu that is different here than other forums?
