MG software (some), A--->Z

Lots of interesting programs on MG, from A-->Z.

Can't remember how I got these originally, but some will be of interest to MG members and visitors.

Pity we can't get all MG programs, in one list, sorted to A-Z, on say a weekly basis.

Would save a lot of searching and maybe contribute more to MG coffers. Bazza

 

I was thinking the same thing.

It would save a lot of hassle, especially when you know the program name, but don't know exactly which section it's listed under.

Doing a search doesn't help as you get pages of unrelated programs listed that you have to sort through.

An A-Z list of all the programs would be a great help.

Thanks Steve and Insomniac for agreeing. Hope suggestion goes further than my previous suggestions. MG search facility is the weakest link on the MG site. IMHO. Too many irrelevant, or seemingly irrelevant, hits. In no particular order as well. Bazza

hey MA perhaps in the future sometime you could encorporate a live search like apple has in one of there OS's where it will show different results as you type.

 

Hmmm, maybe a "farm" could do this. All I can see is hundreds/thousands of people, typing a particular word showing their results as they type....

Shall I say, server crash? Unless some sort of indexing gets established......

sorry, just random thoughts....

 

There have been alot of great additions and improvements. Just makes Major Geeks better.
