mgtools.exe need help

    can anybody help me where to find the mgtool.exe?
    it always put me on log in page everytime i click on it.

    thank you so much, i finally download it. i have one question though, the instruction told me to put the log in the forum, will i create a new thread or just paste all the logs in what? forum?
