MGTools Run Time?

    I'm going through the Read Me/Run Me thing for Win7 and am on to the MGTools analysis. It's been running for a number of hours now and just says 'Running Analyse.exe' in the command window. The cursor is still flashing so I'm wondering how long this scan usually takes and whether or not I can cancel it as I would like to turn my computer off at some point today. The other scans came up with nothing so I don't think I've got a major infection or anything.

    Just realised there was a pop up screen which I hadn't realised was there :-o

    It's working fine.
