Microsoft Account Stay Open

When you set up a Microsoft account like one drive or hotmail how long does it stay open? Some one said if you do not log into your one drive account or hotmail account in 60 days Microsoft will delete it or suspend the account.

Do you have to log in every month or two for Microsoft to keep it up.

One of my hotmail accounts or Microsoft likes to call it now outlook now got closed when I tried log into into it at work.

But I have not used that email account for some time.

 

After 7 days files are kept for 93days from the latest report.
