microsoft blocked?

For some reason i cannot access most Microsoft sites. MSN and hotmail still work, bute when i go to like support.microsoft.com it says server cannot be found.

Download.microsoft doesnt work either. My one friend on aim tested them out, and they work for him, so why not me? is it a virus or spyware?

I found all this out when i was trying to use ZUNE to download episodes of The Guild, but it wouldnt let me sign in, and it also wouldnt let me check for updates because it says it cannot access microsoft update either! T_T

Please tell me it was an easy fix please. Because I am having the same issue myself. But am in the US Military with many variables so I am trying to simple them down. Thank you!!!
