microsoft error

    Hello can someone help, I am receiving the following error,

    Microsoft explorer has encountered an error and needs to close. I am using windows xp. I have a compaq presario 1.00ghz and 256 mb of ram.

    Click on the details of the error. Get the modname.

    this is a different error but along the same lines. sahagent.exe is the mod name

    Go to add/remove programs and remove Shop at Home Select Agent.

    Then get the spyware off your system.
