Microsoft Exchange server issues....

    Hello all-

    So clients wanted to switch their email from a Microsoft exchange server though AppRiver to the server that has their website- no biggie right??? Well, the contact info (ie JOURNAL entries, history) is nowhere to be found....
    and they kinda want that...

    THoughts? Are they SOL?
