microsoft feeds synch problem -annoying popup

    I am running windows Xp/firefox browser/firewall turned off and get this msg every few minutes.
    Microsoft Feeds Synchronization has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    How can I get rid of it pls.
