Microsoft IE error message. Help!

    i have win xp and my ISP is BT.

    i often get the error message: sorry, there was a '_YCSP_LO' is undefined

    anyone any ideas??

    I've never seen that error before.
    Can you give us some more background details. What are doing when this happens? What URL? are you fully patched? Scanned for viruses / adware / spyware ?

    If its just that one task you get the error message on, have you emailed BT about it? it could just be a service issue with many trying to logon for mail at the same period in time.

    does IE crash when this happens or is it more or less a javascript type pop up..
