microsoft mouse and keyboard

    hi guys this is my first time using your site so please hold on.

    ok I am having a problem with Microsoft mouse and keyboard

    I am using windows 7 and on 32 bit it works fine on 64 bit it does not

    now I use the keyboard macro in a game called 9dragons

    for some reason it will not work on 64 bit can anyone please help me I am stumped.

    I have let windows update install a version and I have tried the latest verson which I think is MouseKeyboardCenter_64bit_ENG_2.3.188

    the keyboard works fine but the macro /hotkeys do not if anyone could help me I would be very happy.

    HI Kris, welcome to the forum.

    I take it you have 2 PCs, one with Windows 7 32bit and one with Win 7 64bit?
    Which model Microsoft mouse and keyboard do you have?

    Yes that's the latest version I have installed of the MSKMC 2.3.188

    Try in SERVICES see if Human Interface Device Access is Started and set to Manual (Trigger Start) or Automatic? if stopped start it and try your macro.
