Try installing again and when you get the message as in your picture, click the "What Data Does This Report Contain" and copy and paste it into a notepad file and attach the file to your next post using the instructions on how to attach HERE


But I do note you had malware a few weeks back and this could have corrupted a few files, so could be worth fully uninstalling all .Net packages and this .net uninstaller tool will help, then use CCleaner and its cleaner and registry tools to clean up any old files, run the registry one until nothing shows for removal.

Then install .Net 3.5 again, and if you get an error again attach the message text from the error message as mentioned earlier.
