Microsoft Office Disappeared

When I logged into my PC I noticed that the icons for some Word files on my Desktop are just plain white rectangles rather than the icon for Word files. I find I cannot open them nor any Microsoft Office application. I decided I would try to repair Office so I went into Settings>Apps and scrolled down to where Microsoft Office should be. But, it is not there.

I have no idea what has happened but I know I have not uninstalled Microsoft Office. I am rather miffed because I have Microsoft Office 365 for which I have to pay Microsoft forever. I do not know if Microsoft can take it off your computer if a payment does not go through but I have not failed to pay so that could not be a reason.

What could have happened to Microsoft Office? What do I do to get it back?
