   I feel realy dumb asking this, but how do you set up office outlook so i do not have to hit send/recieve tab to get mail it just does it automatically whenever i get mail.

   Hey no question is dumb if you dont know it you dont know it,
   
   In Outlook goto Tools > Options > Mail Setup and click Send and Recieve and in the two boxes that are called Schedule and Automatic Send/Recieve put a tick next to them and adjust tht frequency of the check > Close > Apply
