microsoft office spell check tools

Hi

Make sure that your Keyboard and Language settings of Windows are set to UK English as Office tends to pick the default language from this setting in Regional and Language Settings, so if you see US English in the list as below, remove it.

Also you could check the Office Language Settings tool, which is in the Start > All Programs and Microsoft Office folder and Office Tools folder in your start menu, once opened add English and remove USA and set default.

and do change these settings from the admin account.


If these options fail then try this, open Word up and click on review tab, next click the set language button, then choose the language you want to use and click the default button, then yes and done. ( also while in that menu box for language settings you could also try un-ticking the Detect language Automatically box )
