Microsoft Outlook 2010 start up

Please excuse if I post this in the wrong category. In order to send and recieve mail from Microsoft Outlook I have to click on the "send/recieve all users/groups button. Is'nt Outlook supposed to start automajicgly after i open it? Please show me how to set this up correctly If my current method is not correct......Tom

 

Normally (check automatically) is the set up by default .

#1 Do you have original microsoft software?
#2 Have you changed something?

I just have a question:

* What kind of configuration do you have (are u using IMAP, POP) from what server (gmail) (own server) ...

#2 Have you changed something? No. Its never opened by itself
