    I'm having problems receiving incoming mail in my microsoft outlook. I'm able to send mail but I can't receive anything. The message error says that it's unable to connect to the server. Everything else on my computer is working fine. Thanks for your help!

    Have you checked to see that your POP server is correct?

    What is the exact error message?

    The exact message I'm getting is as follows.---There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your user name and password was rejected. Server response: '-ERR Invalid userid/password'. (Account: 'classic mail', POP3 Server: 'mail.classicnet.net'. Error Number: 0x800ccc92).---Thanks for your help!

    Do you have mail server authentication turned on, if so, check that the password and account there is correct. I have mine set so that my incoming and outgoingmail server logon credentials are the same.
