MIcrosoft Outlook Issue

    Greetings,
    I have encounter a issue this passt week where Outlook XP(2002) would not open at all. When i try to open Outlook It would freeze then display the not responding Msg. with send and don't send option. I tried many troubleshooting ideas but no luck. I would like to know if anyone have ideas as to what can be done ?
    OS: XP pro (Sp2)
