Hello. I run Microsoft Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server 2000. What I would like to be able to set up is being able to redirect items that I delete. In other words, instead of them going to the "Deleted Items" folder, I'd like for them to go to a different folder that I created under my personal folders store. I looked into creating a rule but none of the available rules seems to suit my needs. Any ideas on how I can configure this? Thanks.

It is in tools, rules. Did this the other day and had to setup the basics, then it gives you many more options later. So, basically, you set the rule, then continue and you get a ton of options. I was worried doing this the other day because I wanted to delete, mark as read, then move to a folder, but all those options were not there, until I decided to try it anyhow, then I got multiple pages of options. I know this is a bit vague, but try setting whatever options are available at start, then continue and see if you get more options.

    Let me know.

Click Tools, Rules Wizard under apply changes to this folder choose your folder then click new and you will get a good variety of options. Research the help search for rule and follow the instructions.
