Microsoft Power Toys--anybody downloaded these?

Just saw a note on another board that Microsoft has new Power Toys available free for download for XP.

Does anyone use these? Just wondered if it would be worth my time to download and check them out.

A few look like they'd be pretty handy for my uses:

ClearType Tuner - makes it easier to read text on your screen

HTML Slide Show Wizard (updated) - helps you create an HTML slide show of your digital pictures, ready to place on your Web site.

Image Resizer - enables you to resize one or many image files with a right-click

CD Slide Show Generator - view images burned to a CD as a slide show

Others are: Webcam Timershot; Taskbar Magnifier; Virtual Desktop Manager; Power Calculator; Tweak UI; Alt-Tab Replacement; Open Command Window Here

If anyone wants the Microsoft link, I'll post it if it's okay to do so.

 

I only use TweakUI on newly installed machines as it is a lot easier to customise the basics...

The alt tab replacement, I did not think much of this, just seemed a bit cumbersome.

I have open command window here (very useful) but I think it was an other prog I used to do that.

Well, I guess it cant do any harm to try them out, what suits one might not suit another....

the only one I use is ClearType Tuner. I didn't find the others intersting or usefull except that one cause I can't see that good....
