Microsoft programs problems

I am having problems with microsoft programs. I have tried to uninstall then reinstall and the problems are still there or the download wont download.

Problem #1 - I can't download silverlight on my computer to watch netflix

Problem #2 - I can't recieve files on skype unless the person I am talking to sends me a file first.

Problem #3 - I can't get my VLC player to play. Here is some key information for you I am not a big fan of VLC but, its free and it used to play movies so any help would be wonderful.

I hope someone can help me out and I provided any information that is needed.

While it's good that you used Belarc Advisor, your post may be deleted by Major Attitude (co-owner of Major Geeks) because Belarc Advisor publishes your Product Keys in it's report. If you need to re-post that report, make sure to delete those Product Key lines to prevent an unscrupulous person from using them.

 

What the good thing from it all is that I finally got VLC player to work. I still cant get skype or silverlight to work.

 

I get this error

Well still get that error
