Microsoft Reader

    Whenever I try to download Microsoft Reader, I get this:

    "Firefox can't find the server at download.microsoft.com."

    It doesn't work in IE, either. My computer is connected through my brother's, and his does the same thing. I heard something about redirecting the IP address, but I don't understand what that means. Help?
