Microsoft Security Advisory: Vulnerabilities in Gadgets

When I bring up running gadgets, I have the clock and weather running, but also Avast! antivirus shows up. What should I do?

 

Right click and uninstall the Avast gadget, if you want to.

The Fixit you will need to run is "Disable," from under.

Just disabled and then enabled on this machine.

Them Gadgets options on windows 7 are kinda worth less all they do really is take up more ram then needed.Only one thing in that list that is worth any thing is the weather one but even that one is not accurate.

 

Thank you for all the helpful info. I don't really care about the clock & weather gadgets, didn't want to mess up the Avast! antivirus prgram in any way.
