Vulnerability in Internet Explorer could allow remote code execution

For computers that are running 64-bit operating systems, the following Fix it solution only applies to 32-bit versions of Internet Explorer.

Before you apply this Fix it solution, you must ensure that Internet Explorer is fully updated by using the Windows Update service.

Must be very critical otherwise Microsoft would have waited to issue an update/fix for it via updates on the next 2nd Tuesday of next month. Thought I'd share this with you.

AFAIK. If you have have applied the MS Fix It solution described below:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2757760 It should be undone prior to the out-of-band fix.
