    i guess i dont understand why these people are mad at having to pay 60 bucks for XP. yeah, it sucks we cant buy computers with XP preinstalled anymore, but what do they expect? they buy a computer with vista and hope they can just get XP for free because they dont like the OS the computer came with?? doesnt make sense to me.

    I agree Steve, its a result of our litigation era, that everyone who feels agreeved at something will sue, as for antitrust, its not a case I would feel would stick as the end user had the choice to downgrade if they wished, choice was theirs, if they didnt like the OS that is new then thats their personal issue.

    We could take this further and sue Microsoft back till when folk loved Win 3.11. Its like saying the new BMW M3 is not as good as the older one so I will sue BMW, because I dont like the iDrive function... this will likely be laughed out of court.
