Microsoft "Ultimate Steal"

I picked up Ultimate 2007 the last run they had. Good stuff.

 

I bought it but did not see the tiny link under the big download button that you have to click to get Accounting Express. I see it now because I printed that page out. Does any know of a way to download that after having closed that Window? Or do you know if it will come on the 'backup media?'

 

AFAIK, its not on the backup media unless it requires a custom install.

I opted not to even download it--it doesn't suit my needs.

Although I am planning to snag that copy of Vista Ultimate 64 for 60 bucks. Coming from 32 bit, it might as well be a full version, considering it requires a clean install.

 

I was FINALLY able to get to a page that allowed me to re-download the main download, but unfortunately it did not also include a link to the other software, the Business Contact Manager version of Outlook and Accounting Express 2007. I put an email in to their custom support to see if they could give me a link... So, we will see.

Accounting Express is supposed to be a part of the actual package, Office Ultimate 2007, so I'm assuming that it will be on the backup media if the backup media is an actual copy of the software and not just a burned copy of their main download.

I guess worst case scenario, I borrow a disk from someone and install it from that... The program is part of the package so I believe the keycode should/will work.

I honestly don't see why they'd make it two separate downloads in the first place... When you buy a retail copy, are there two separate disks, Accounting Express being on it's own? I dunno. We will see.

I guess I'll post back with what I find out in case anyone else runs into the same problem...

 

I have the backup media. I'll look through it later. Its an actual copy of Office--sans packaging.

 

My bad. I do have both, it is on the second CD.

 

So the backup media does have it? That's good. Thanks for looking, that just took a load off. I know it probably sounds stupid but I've been pretty stressed about this(mainly because I'm stressed about other things...) so I'm glad to know that.

Well, I ordered it. It should be processing or in the mail.

I guess I'll just install it from that if I can't download it.
