Microsoft Updates Middle Of June Shared Access Denied

Ever since the middle of June there must of been a ninja patch that made all network shares not longer work giving a access denied error. This is a domain and we have a printer that is shared locally but now when you shortcut into the one of the computers on a non administrator account //"whateverthecomptuernameis" I only get access denied. I even tried to add the account to the administrator account on the computer with the same issue. Has anyone run into this issue also. Basically every locally shared printers we have on the network no longer work and I havent been able to figure out a solution yet.
