Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

    Running Picture It! 2002 on a Dell 4400 w/Window XP Home Edition, 1-GB Ram, NVIDIA Graphics Card, MONOPRICE PEN TABLET, Now I get a message:
    Runtime Error!
    Program: C:program FilesMicrosoft Picture It! 2002Pip.exe
    This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in in an unusual way.
    symptoms cleared for a while when I changed a printer cable from a serial (LPT-1) to a new usb cable (and usb port)
    but problem started again! this morning!

    Sometimes it runs o.k. others it fails during startup ..
    Please Help!............. tejanoJoe
