I have a document about 500 pages long, someone has managed to lose the original .doc file so all I have left is the hard copy.

What I am trying to do is scan each individual page and then use OCR software to import each page into Microsoft Word. This works really well but I just can't seem to get the format of the new .doc to match the scanned image.

If someone could have a look at the attached image and .doc file and see if they could format the .doc file so it looks like the image (and if possible provide me with a step by step guide as I have 500 more pages to do!)

Can you be more specific about the difficulties you're encountering with this? What part of the formatting is not coming across in this transition? The font, bullets, etc.?
