   I have some hidden menus (File, Edit, View, Insert, Format, etc...) from Flash Paper and GrindEQ that I cannot see... Where can I go to control which menus are visable?

   and for possibly both, these are the locations I know of that allow you to turn on an off menu/bar items
   
   1. View > Toolbars > "name of your program"
   2. Tools > Templates and Add-ins> "name of your program"
