Microsoft Word opening instead of Adobe Reader

    I have Adobe Reader 9 installed, but when I try to oped a PDF file Microsoft Word opens as the default.

    What gives?

    Hi

    File association has been mixed up with the file defaul opening app.

    Right click the PDF and choose Open With > Choose Default Program > choose from list or browse to Acrobat Reader > tick the "aways use selected program to open this kind of file" and click OK
