microsoft word question

    when I try to open one of my files it says microsoft word needs a converter (proplus.msi) would you like to download and install it now. I clicked yes while online and it says it cant find it I put in the office xp pro disc and it still cant find it. Can I download this file from somewhere? As always Id like to thank you in advance.Bobby
