it has focused and other sections at top-in the other section some ad appears and after you click it ,it goes away it seems and you cant delete it-i wish i hadnt of clicked it some odd link

then with sms from email to phone it sent me 4 attachments, and that never happened before

maybe all my computers are under attack-should i format them?i used my email at internet company and bank and maybe someone there who hates me gave my email to some creepy site maybe-when i see a strange email i dont open attachments in it but this damn thing wasnt an email ,but an ad at top in guise of an email

    totally sick

    Microsoft is evil maybe

    Hi
Outlook as in webmail or the Outlook 365 app?
If webmail then all webmail sadly as advertising and gmail online ads are a PITA, never seen what you have so do virus check your PC, but if mobile less likely so for virus/malware TBH, but if PC to phone then check.

Ok so if your gaining random emails, did you as you say give email to bank or internet company and you are gaining advertising emails, and good never open attachments unless you know who they are off, I dont these days far rather folk use OneDrive, DropBox etc for files.

Microsoft no more evil than any other company TBH.

I remember Outlook had a bit of a problem in the past, picking up things like that- because of that I have always gone direct to my mail provider, on-line, and sign in from there - and I never use it directly from my laptop, or, desktop.

Are you positive you are not running the beta version?
I'm not. Here's my inbox and no ads courtesy of uBlockOrigin addon in my browsers. owa.jpg

I use hotmail on my home pc. It logs in as Outlook. I run opera with ad blocker on along with ublock. The only thing I get is a note from MS says "We see you're using an ad blocker&. Find out about ad-free Outlook to have more space in your inbox."

Probably a sales pitch. Use an ad blocker or a browser that has ad bocking when going to outlook
