Micrsoft Java - Hey Chaslang?

I have read several posts from other forms that say Microsoft Java is not a threat for spyware, mostly because you have to still accept licensing agreements in that java version to download any threat. Furthermore its a scripting service, and it doesnt move outside that. WHY THEN CHASLANG DO YOU AND OTHERS THINK IT IS A SPYWARE THREAT? just wondering?
