Midi to MP3 conversion

Dose any one Know of a program that would allow me to Convert a midi to MP3 file

 

While I don't have a specific answer I can think of a few proggies that COULD convert midi to mp3.
I'm really curious to know WHY you want to as most popular recording proggies (a la Sonar/Cubase) allow playback of midi and .wav files (wich are easily converted via popular editing proggies from .mp3).
The only thing I can think of is that you aren't actually recording -but are splicing together pre recorded midi files and mp3s.
I mention the conversion from mp3 to .wav simply because I figure you must have a decent multitracker that CAN convert mp3 to .wav and vice-versa.
Please respond if I'm missing something important and I'll try to find a simple 'r-click' way to convert midi to mp3.
