Since formatting my hard drives, I must have done something wrong somewhere, when my computer boots up it stops at a certain point and beeps twice, it then asks me to press F1 to resume, the following is what is displayed:

Pri Slave Hard Disk: S.M.A.R.T. Status Bad, Back up and Replace

    Press F1 to resume.

How do I fix this problem, anyone have an idea, is there a program I can download to fix it.

Apart from backing up any critical files, I suggest you download a manufacturers' utility for your hard drive and check it's integrity.

We have most available here in the downloads section.
