Migrated rules from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003 won't work

I recently, meaning last Friday, exported my email, files and rules from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003.

Now, I am trying to get used to Outlook, which I am not enjoying. One thing that is bothering me is that it is not utilizing my rules. Correction, it seems to follow some of them, but not all of them or it will move messages to the totally wrong folder.

Without having to redo every rule, which I am finding to be cumbersome in Outlook as there is not an option to "Create Rule from Sender" as there was in OE, does anyone have any suggestions?
