    Hi all,

kindly advise how to have my mails in Windows Mail transferred to Outlook express without losing any information. My PC is running Windows Vista at the moment, and i will be formatting it and install Windows 7. After this, i will stop using windows mails and switch over to Outlook Express instead.

    Thanks and best regards.

Outlook Express is not available for Win 7 so you will have to use something like Windows Live Mail or Thunderbird. However before you reformat you need to save your email folders and all other personal stuff as it will all be destroyed when 7 is installed. Windows Easy Transfer may help with this or you could use any file backup system you are familiar with. The important thing is knowing first what needs to be backed up.
