Unfortunately I ran CCleaner before I posted this thread and it erased my minidump info. Another issue I have is that firefox keeps crashing too , at least once or twice a day. heres windows error message for that

No Im not trying to uninstall firefox at all. Im just trying to get to the bottom of why my computer & firefox keep crashing. An Ive posted the individual error reports for each

to attach the report , in many ways the culprit is either to uninstall or to downgrade to 17 version , are you using another browser in the same time with firefox ? :wave

 

Make sure you uncheck 'Memory Dumps' in CCleaner. When you get some more dumps, zip them and attach to your post.

Did the Firefox crashes you have occur with previous Firefox releases? Is there anything in common with where you're browsing or the type of content being served when the crashes occur?
