Minor IE problem w/ the address bar

    Internet Explorer 5.x, Win98

    Whenever I move from site to site, the url displayed in the address bar shows the same address I typed in. The only time the address changes is when I manually type it in or when I open a link in a new window. Any and all help is much appreciated. :)
