Mirar removal in add/remove program.

I've read through your previous posts and have tried most everything suggested (there and on the web), malwarebytes scan, fixme.reg, etc.. but there's this Mirar in my add/remove list that I can't get rid of. I'm posting a screen shot of what it looks like. It's not the toolbar so when I go to click 'remove', it comes up as 'not being there' but, lo and behold, it is. rolleyes

I would appreciate some help and I will be happy to reply if it's a step I've already tried. Thank you so very much!!!

 

Okay....I need to apologize. I would have edited my original post but I couldn't see how to do it. Anyway, I was reading up on the web (again) and came across something called Revo Uninstaller (http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html). I downloaded it and ran it and it got rid of all the leftovers related to Mirar. It is now gone from my Add/Remove Program list.
