Mirror your computer on a thumb drive?

I have read in the news latley about how people can mirror the look and feel of their computer on a thumb drive so that when they go to another computer and stick the thumb drive in it, it looks like their home computer. I have been looking for software that will allow me to do this but am having a hard time, can someone please post links of software that will do this. Thank you.

 

You have to use one of the newer U3 smartdrives in order to do it.

Some os these are Linux versions that fit on a thumb drive.

When you boot from the thumb drive it installs as a RAM disk and you can use the system.

Not exactly the same as gettting a 5Gig flash drive to boot from.
