I would appreciate any help please:
Everytime I put on my P.C., a windows Winupdate appeared with: js3250.dll is missing. Try re-installing it. also other names of dll appeared that says they are missing.
When I want to play my audio or video files from my external hard drive plugged to my laptop, it says: files not found.
But when I open these files from my external hard drive plugged to another P.C (a desktop), the files play with no problem.
When I want to copy these audio and video files from my external hard drive to my laptop, it's not working.

I search and found a tool that says it repairs missing dll files called Registry Booster, I bought it, I run it and it found more than 200 errors.
I clicked on Fix after the scan but I still have the same problem.
The software did not resolve my problems.

What do I need to do to fix these issues above please?
Thank you in advance for any assitance.

    Greetings, elmazloco.

Do you have a valid Windows 7 disk? If so, I suggest you run a System File Check, which will attempt to repair/restore any missing system files. A quick SFC tutorial can be found here.

    Hi

This issue I have seen a few times and its a variable cause, it can be malware related so its best to run through the steps HERE and if anything is found then start a new thread in the malware forum area here at majorgeeks and attach the requested logs.

Or it could be a 3rfd party app, not Java is the usual suspect and I would uninstall Java Runtime using JavaRA and then re-install the latest version of Java from HERE (do not have any Browser Windows open.

Sadly using Registry cleaner and some of the fix it applications can cause more issues than enough and some break Windows Update, so if Windows Update is broken then try the Problem Troubleshooter in Windows 7, type into a Start Search box troubleshoot and then click System and Security then click Windows Update and follow the prompts.

Do you use Firefox by any chance? if so re-install it with the latest version.
