Missing "export KERNEL32.DLL GetFileSize.Ex

Hi, looking to improve the performance of our old Windows 98/800MHz PC I downloaded the recommended programe IObit SmartDefrag. When I tried to run the program I got the following message: "..missing export KERNEL32.DLL GetFileSize.Ex" To a relative novice like me this doesn't sound good. What would you suggest?

In fact I have also been unable to run Windows own defrag'er for some time as it keeps re-starting.

M/C Dell Dimension L800r with W98 that generally runs okay for our needs though perhaps I should mention that it's starting up in Selective Start-up to avoid running the sys.ini file that seems to be corrupted.

 

IObit does not work with win98. I have the same problem at times. Programs say they work with 98 but in reality they don't. So you get strange error messages. I have found that this program works well with 98.
