I just installed a firewire pci card. When trying to install it, it says that the file "enum 1394.sys" is needed from The Windows XP CD rom. I do not have this CD as it was installed by the manufacturer. How do I get this? Thanks!

Did you get a driver CD with your Firewire Card? if so install whatever driver is on their.

also you could try using the Device Manager to see if it can locate a driver for the Firewire, Right Click My Computer > properties > hardware > Device manager and look for you firewire IEEE/1394 and its most likey got a yellow ! mark next to it, double click it and choose Driver > Update Driver > check "yes this time only" > Next > Next and the wizard will search for a driver ( if you firewall asks for access to the net click yes/allow ) if XPs Driver wizard can find one it will start to install it.
