    Hi

    Which Windows version you using?

Also have you installed any 3rd Party Screensavers to your PC, any that woudl not have come with Windows by default? if so then this is likely the cause as older Screensavers that use Flash, look for an older flash.ocx file and with the latest Flash versions that file is now Flash9.ocx.

I've seen reports where the registry editor you used has broken computers by removing registry files that should not have been removed. Did you make a backup of the registry before you used advanced system care registry edit? If so, I'd suggest restoring the backup and see if the error disappears.
If it does, might I suggest another registry cleaner that might be safer? CCleaner http://majorgeeks.com/download4191.html or http://majorgeeks.com/CCleaner_d5125.html

    Hi

When does this missing file popup to alert you, is it right at boot time or when entering hibernation, however one of the cleaning applications you have used "may" have deleted the hiberfil.sys file thus disabling hibernation.

Yes I would try the registry rollback that Plodr mentions with the application you used to clean the registry witw, to see if that removes the message.

If that doesnt fix the issue then see if installing the latest Adobe Flash Player clears this up.

Also to check on hibernation check this out http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907477 and specifically the section "How to determine whether a computer supports hibernation and standby features" to turn it back on again.
